Landscaping done this week!

Landscaping is complete and I'm really pleased. They do sod in the front and the sides, seed in the back, which has a snowball's chance of growing in 100 degree weather. Here's another randomized set of pictures taken today! Closing is July 27. I'm anxious for the ride to come to a complete stop so I may disembark!
That's right, yet ANOTHER Verona going up next to me on the left.

This patch of sod will be behind the fence and was a special request by my dogs. It was honored :)

Shiny new trash can. It has that new trash can smell!

  2. I just love all the choices. The stone and siding are just amazing! What an awesome porch! I can't believe how big that tree is! The ones they put in our development are a little bit smaller.

  5. Very jealous of your sod! We still have the lovely dirt and rock theme going on here. Word is that we might be getting our seed and landscaping next week. Can't wait til you close so we can get the whole story :)

    1. Thanks, for the moment I have the greenest grass on the street but the heat will take care of that. I don't expect any seed to grow which is gonna be rough with the dogs tracking in mud. Hopefully they will figure out the patch of grass is in the backyard. My 4 parker stools arrived btw, haven't opened one up yet though..
Your punch list scares me. So far most of my nits are relatively small.

    2. My dogs are enjoying the fire hydrant on the adjacent, vacant lot. It took them a little while to adjust to being on a leash rather than just roaming free in the yard as we do not yet have a fence. Our punch list is rather long, but they are taking care of it as I'm typing. I will post today or tomorrow with an update. Just be sure to inspect every aspect of the home including walking over ever inch of flooring. Those 4 stools will take about an hour total to put together. We use ours many times a day and are very happy with them. Hope your punch list remains small!
