The four sides of a Verona
Went back today with the good camera. I thought the stone work deserved some more megapixels. At this point all that is missing is the shutters on the left and the porch columns.
Lookin' good! Our cul-de-sac of 4 houses has two Veronas. On the corner into the cul-de-sac is another Verona with one house in between and then another Verona. The "quick build" house in our neighborhood is also a Verona and would be on the other corner to our street. Ours and the other on our cul-de-sac are very different, but the two on the main street are the exact same color scheme with different elevations. Guess what color they are? You guessed it - Autumn Beige.
If it werent for a Sunmerville in the mix there would be 6 Veronas in a row on my street. They are all various elevations though so it doesn't look too cookie cutter.
Stuart, I absolutely love love love what you have done to your house! The stone up the wall, stone along top and bottom of the porch and on the steps are fabulous! Was that a special request for the steps?
I wish I could take credit but we copied the model. The only difference I noticed on the model is they used a single piece of stone per step. My step is 2 pieces per step.
Stuart house looks great...I like the Verona a lot. That house was not available in our development when we signed our contract back in March it has since become available. Im sure they will sell a few of them in our neighborhood
